i need an electronic speedo for in my 86 z28 and i was told that 91 and 92 had them so i am looking for the guage cluster that i can hook up the speedo properly with a 4l60e

 

90-92 Camaro clusters will not fit without changing the whole dash and wiring.

88-89 Camaro clusters should fit your 86 and are electronic speedo.

You really need a 4L60 or 700R4.

The E means it is controlled electronically NOT just the speedo

You can remove the VSS and put in a cable drive unit in the tranny and not have to change your speedo or cluster. Thats the cheapest and easiest way to make it work.
