camaro or berlinetta auto shift plate
my ash tray lid is broken, the part where the spring wire connects, the plastic is broken and my attemps to epoxy has failed twice.
i gota replace the whole thing
i need a palte with overdrive on it
i have paypal but i wont buy without a photo so jsut post a photo when you reply thanks and with a price
i need either a camaro 82-92 auto shift plate in decent condition, no deep scraches or burns.
and a workin lid
or...
im curious to see if i can get a 84-86 berlinetta auto plate. i can cut the front part off and drill holes to match the regular camaro. more work but i like that big grill insert that slides back n forth on the shifter stick.

Re: camaro or berlinetta auto shift plate
The Burly plate won't work since the ash tray is lower, and the bottom of the lid looks to line up with the part that angles out from the RH side.
I have a standard one I could get rid of but it has a hole at the bottom where the small plate is and a crack in the upper left screw hole. Make offer if you're interested.
They also made one with the ridges that will fit, not quite the same as the Burly though.

i curently ahve teh second photoversion with the ridges, and i like it. i would like to get another one.
i'm only lookin for spend 15-20bucks (30 tops)for a decent used condition. no cracks, holes or burns.
i got my entire lower console for 60bucks. shifter plate, arm lid, upper and lower piees of teh console.
only problem that i can keep my damn ashtray lid from not flying open and its annoying.

Lol, that's how I ended up with the top one. Bought it from that Fastforward guy and that's what I got in the mail.
Have you tried using epoxy with a piece on the side/s for reinforcement?
I had thought about modifying that area for some can sized cup holders, but the slider is in the way. That bottom style might work for that since the slider is flexible.

Re: camaro or berlinetta auto shift plate
epoxy doesnt work, its right where the wire pokes in, too much strain on the glue.
anyone have a overdrive auto shifter plate in decent condition like in the second photo above?
picture and price please
