Need 1984 Firebird Tan Seatbelts

Was sold a pair of 84 tan seatbelts that were physically broken...spring and cover missing, inside plastic gearing broken in half, with half missing.
So, the shoulder harness does not retract.

I have a left and right set of tan front seatbelts. The retracters are working and there is nothing broken. I would like 60 bucks for them shipped

Dave,
Thanks. That's very fair, but I picked up a set locally for $35. I'm not crazy about the lower housing as it was from a Berlinetta and had felt on it, but when the felt was removed, it left some yellow glue behind. I have to figure out how to get that stuff off now.
