th 350 won't shift into 3rd
1984 firebird will not shift into 3rd has 4500 stall converter and a BM rachet shifter that seems to be out of adjustment super hard to put into gear any ideas would be appreciated

Check the shifter's adjustment first then when that is fixed try rowing through the gears again. Post your results.
