I used the USPS website and the shipping quote for "Standard Post' / Insured shipping is $37. ( Priority Mail was too expensive - $63 ! )
Here are a couple of pics:
Both vents are included too. 1 was missing so I had to find the one that fits properly. Just send me a PM for the rest of the details if your still interested.
