I have a vendor that sells brand new Camaro dash pads. I can get it to you for $400 shipped plus tax. They are made the same way GM made their's. They begin with the metal center core and build it with new foam and new factory correct haircell vinyl. Other places are selling their repop pads for $650+ and theyre made out of urethane that'll expand and contract. These pads that I sell will last a long time.
