Painless Wiring, Warning Lights - summitracing.com

If that doesn't work. Search for Painless Wiring or warning lights.

I bought a couple of green indicator lights from Radio Shack. They rated for a 12V system and I just wired them up to the OEM wiring. The thing with LEDs is that Idont think you can just wire an LED light straight to the signal wire. LEDs dont draw a lot of current and for some reason, it messes with the stock flasher for the blinkers.
BTW, the bulbs I got from Radio Shack where a couple bucks and al you have to do it drill a hole in the panel and then thread the backing screw on and your done. They sell red, yellow, green, blue. Plus they look a lot smaller then the painless ones. My bulbs are about the size of a pensil eraser
