IROC Steering Wheel

There was a thread on here with a link to site that reconditions and recovers IROC steering wheels. I lost the link and have searched for it, and can't find it.

Does anyone no the shop I'm looking for?

not sure if this is considered an ebay ad but if its against the rules let me know. theres someone on ebay that sells them refurbished. i believe for $160 turning in your old one as a core.

$160? ouch. i just bought one that looks like new off ebay for $52 with the airbag and shipping. i am VERY happy! heck now, i even feel better than before.

That's because nobody wants the airbag wheels. The pre-airbag wheels are much more desirable, and also very hard to find in nice shape. $160 for a like-new quality wheel with a brand new leather wrap is a great deal, and about half the cost of a new OEM wheel.

I've watched ebay auctions for the 82-89 style wheels go for over $100 on used wheels that didn't even have the leather wrap anymore!

Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 3:73 limited slip
My friend had his redone all new for like $250 I belive. But he went to a air bag wheel when he swaped to a 4th gen dash. I'll see if I can findout where he got it done at. I know yearone has them. But they are a lot. Adam :-)
