anyone home make a headliner board
by chance ?
if so what do you make it out of and how do you form it
or what would be a great material/way to make one
another problem is that i need to make one for a hard top and getting the board in and out of the car wil be impossible not on an F body, is on a 4 door full size chevy out here, so.,
i was also thinking maybe cut a factory one down the middle and reattach the halves back together somehow ??
thanks for anything

I have often thought cardboard laminatedwith duct tape. I had a post on this awhile back. It's probably still here if you search fot it.
Just an idea and have not tried it. I did make my stock board a little stronger around the seat belts where it was deteriorating. Good luck
