how do i take door panel plastic piece off?
exaclty what the title says, i ahve 4th gen door panels goign on, and i cant pull the stupid plasitc top piece off the door, the main part obviously jsut pulls off which i have done alerady, jus the top plastic is hanging up on me, i'm afraid i'm gonna break it. I have the whole 01 dash and console in and wired up, working perfect, only took me about 3-4 hours to pull the old stuff out and get the new stuff in and wired, i got skillz that kill, except these door panels are boning me!!
please help!!

Theres like 4 clips or so inside the door on the top(right behind the inside window sweep. You have to pull the clip out a little and pull it up. Make sure the windows all the way down.

Its not so much a "clip", but more like a plastic hook that hooks into hole in the top of the door shell. Like snake said make sure the window is all the way down, and its tricky, you have to push down on the plastic piece and push it towards the window to get it out. Like I said its tough sometimes, especially if someone didn't know what they were doing and bent the holes, you'll eventually get it.

sometimes it amazes me that i can swap a 4th gen entire interior, rewire everyting in like 5 mintues, put an ls1/t56 in in another 3 mintues yet i can get a door skin off lol. i got one said off, i see what your saying the little clips, they are tricky to fanagle off. thanks for the assistance!
