C5 shifter knob?

Car: 1989 Trans Am
Engine: l98
Transmission: 700 R4
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt with 3.23s
C5 shifter ****?
My shifter **** (automatic) is split along the seam, and I had heard that other gm cars used ***** that could be swapped. Has anyone used an automatic **** from a c5 corvette or know if it might fit? Looks like this.
