hawks white face gauge kit
just put hawks white face gauge kit on my 88 camaro sc today, turned out ok, it was my first time, i broke off a little piece of the base of the rpm needle, its ok but it is noticeable in the pics. overall im happy.

It looks like it was cut with scissors, but I assume thats because the website resized your pictures for you. Looks good though! Were these just stickers?

yeah just vynil decals, the shifter inlay was cut with scissors and straight lines because it was too big, all else was pretty good.

Looks nice, was thinking of doing this but I'm going to end up designing some myself and geting them printed.
But yeah on a side note, what shifter **** is that? Havent really been able to find one that doesnt look like a stock one... I think I saw somewhere that the **** has to have a button since it's overdrive? And do you have to get some kind of adapter for an aftermarket one like yours? (Sorry for going offtopic =/)

You are suppossed to take apart the shifter assembly to install the overlays. That's why it is cut bigger.
One question for you, does the HVAC and shifter still light up nice and bright with the overlays on them?

krisb410, thanks for the info, i wouldnt risk breaking my crack free plate disecting it for an overlay, so i just cut it to size, the shifter inlay still lights up decently, not AS bright as before but you can see what gear your in easily. the hvac i cant really tell you because my never really lit up even before, its only got one bulb currently lighting, its pretty dim.
