Hey folks, I searched for this but came up empty.

I recently had to replace my gas pedal with another one of the same. (Both are stock pedals, but the old one was very worn out). Unfortunately, when I took the old pedal off the spring came out.

How do I reattach the spring with the new pedal? I already know how to put the pedal on the arm with the small metal pin, but without the spring, it just slides out.
