Joystick passenger side mirror??

My 84 TA has the driver side joystick to adjust the outside mirror and Ive been wanting to have the same feature on the passenger side. Seems simple enough, but has anyone done this before also?? could use some practical advise before i get serious about it. thanks

I would assume you could use the guts out of a Drivers side mirror, and put them in the passenger side. Including the trim panel.

I was wondering the same myself. When I first got the car, I thought it may have just been missing(the whole interior was stripped and redone before I had it, due to theft). Mine won't even budge, like it's been bolted to one single place. Luckily, I'm the right height for it, but I'd like to have it move for when I teach my brother to drive(he's a lot taller than I am).
