Who made those repop. 5-speed shifter patterns?

First thing: I already tried searching, couldn't find the thread again. Which member on this board had reproduced the shifter pattern plate that mounts behind a manual shifter? Seems like they were adhesive, meant to stick over the stock shifter pattern (which usually wears away). For the life of me, I can't find the thread! Any help?
