problems at the apulstry shop!!!
i have had my camaro in the apulstry shop for about 4 months now and the guy finalyy started to put the suede in the car and started on the back panel peices which are white and he was going to glue them on but today i went in their and he showed me all he has done so far and to my luck the glue has soaked through the white suede. it look like crap and i was wondering what some of you(with exsperience in these things) think that can be done to have this suede on the panels. maybe a different glue or something or thicker backing on the suede. if anything we may haveto use white paint and die the panels white but i dont know how good that will look. so what do some of you think? hit me up thanks.
3M makes a nice spray adhesive that I use all the time for multiple things (never suede though) and have never had a problem with bleading. It is a pressure sensitive glue and sprays on thin (both surfaces) and let dry for one minute minimum. Just don't make a mistake cause it isn't going to come off easily. It's readily available at Home Depot, but make sure you get the 3M 90 - it's $13 dollars a can but worth every penny.
.
Hope that helps

EDIT: This guy had your car for four months, and didn't even test a scrap first?! - Hope he's not expensive.
