I agree with Fast68 on the years. The original dash pad in my '83 was more angular cut than the one I replaced it with. And it had a ridge around the edge similar to the one on the edges of the console lid.The dash pads will interchange up to '90.I believe the dash pad was changed with gauge pod change(but I could be mistaken on this). If you think of getting one off Ebay make sure and ask the seller that it's a Camaro dash pad and not out of a Firebird. Also if there was a change in the '91-'92 dash pads what year it's out of.Good luck in your search.

Camaro and Firebird dashpads are NOT interchangable. However, all 82-92 Camaro dashpads are interchangable and all 82-92 Firebird dashpads are interchangeable. 1982 Camaro dashpads are different but you can use the later style. (I've heard some '83's may have come with the '82 style pad as well.) 1982-1984 Firebirds used a different style pad from later cars but later pads will fit too.
yea i found out the hard way about the dash compatibility lol. i got one off ebay, but the seller did not specify if it was a camaro or a firebird. got it at the house with a crack in it from poor packing and it turned out to be a firebird dash, which didnt fit my camaro. the width of the firebird dash was fine, but the length from the glass to the wheel was an inch to short. I liked the speaker grill though, looked more in place compared to the camaros random slots in the dash
