whats going on
When I am driving my car and i go over a bump I hear a rattle in the housing of the steering wheel and I was wondering what in the devil can it be

Is it a tilt wheel?Could the tilt be loose?Sounds like somethings going on inside the column.

Sounds like your tilt may be loose if you can move it.I had that happen on a dodge once.The dealership can fix that unless you want to tackle it yourself.I've heard you need special tools if you go deep into the column.
