steering column...
i have borken steeign column due to thief.. my brother has a 83 camaro .. i have 87 iroc ... can i swap his into mine or are they completelyy different?? both are tilt and dont have cruise contolr or any of that stuff

nope. the only wiring differences would be with delay wipers vs non-delay wipers and cruise. but you said it doesn't have that.
