I recently purchased a privacy shade for my Trans Am. I didn't realize one of the plastic shrouds over the metal rod and retractor was broken. During installation the plastic shroud broke off.

Is there a way to just push out the pin and slide the rest of the plastic piece off? Can that part be replaced or does the whole shade have to be replaced?
