Re: 4th gen gauges?
A 3rd gen member has on here, I think IHI but not sure if thats the right name. A few 4th gen cars have had it done. Looks sweet. Probably find pics at ls1tech.com and cz28.com.
I encourage thirdgen.org members to hang out at those sites. Lots of good ideas there floating around.

Re: 4th gen gauges?
if you get the older style lt1 firebird cluster thats screwed together, you can gut it and replace it with a piece of plastic. it will fit a ls1 camaro dash as well.
i did it in a project a while back, but sold it all.
stock gauges look so much better in the dash the way my interior is setup.
some of the 98-02 stuff is glued(not screwed)
if you are dealing with an lt1 cluster, then all of them are screwed together, just know that the firebird and camaro is different for those years.

Re: 4th gen gauges?
forgot to add the pic!
sorry.
id tinted the factory plastic with 30% since that pic, and it loooked SWEEET.
dont ask why i removed the bezels, it was one of those wild hairs.
it really did look awesome after it was tinted.
