any one know of possible locations were the build sheet might be placed in '89 GTAs??

 

I heard of them being found under the seats, underneath the carpet, behind door panels, and on top of the gas tanks of california models. You a not definetly going to find one since it could have been thrown out while going down the assembly line.

 

I believe i found mine underneath the rear cargo carpet area when i had my GTA.

 

goodluck on finding your buildsheet. i never found one for my iroc, unless it's behind the door panels but i doubt it.

 

I'm still looking for mine too. I've had everything out of the car (including door panels), except for the front carpet. But, like 85Iroc-Z said, there might not be one.

 

I found my build sheet in the lockable compartment in the trunk (original 1989 GTA owner). I have since relocated it to my center console for quick reference. Like these guys say, it could be anywhere, LOL!

 

If any of you could help with a high resolution scan of a 1989 buildsheet I would very much appreciate it. PM me if you are able to help as I would love to see one and in a high resolution so I can read all the fine print on it.
