I've been offered some seats from a guy who has taken these out of his 3rd gen. They appear to be 4th gen seats but as the covers need replacing, i'm only going to buy them if I can find a set of new covers.

Does anyone recognise which model they came out of, and even better where to get a set of new covers.

They arent 4th gen seats.They look like later model 3rd gen camaro seats.

Try looking for cover's from a 88-92 T/A,or Formula

 

The seats pictured are non-Third Gen or custom.

 

yeah they dont look anything like the seats in my formula

 

Yeah,don't mean to sound like a rude a-hole,but I personally think them seats are nothing more than a pile of rubbish.They really look like they're just pieced together from god knows what.The covers are horribly wrinkled,and don't even fit.

 

Thanks again all, i have walked from these. The hunt continues for a set of 4th gen seats. They're as rare as rocking horse droppings over here in the UK.

 

I did a little more looking and those seat's look alot like the one that ASC put in the convertible conversion's they did on the 82-83 F-bodies.Also I had a 83 ASC convertible in the shop Friday.

 

those are some shade of firebird seats from 82-02.
you can use that seat and put on 4th gen covers. i bet they will fit......
a side shot would show the seat better, but those are for sure firebirds.
look like aftermarket covers on them already. i dont recognize that pattern.
