horn switch replaceable?

horn switch replaceable?

the horn switches on my 92 firebird only work when there at a 45 degree angle and i was wondering if they can be repalced with out replacing the air bag

I'm sure if you disconnect the battery, then opened up your steering wheel it could be fixed... The horn wire only needs to be grounded to complete the circuit and the "honk"...

the switches look like there molded into the air bag there beneath the gray plastic cover, the previous owner said it would cost 1500 bucks cus they had to get a new air bag
