Passenger side sunvisor hits rear view mirror?

Whats going on here? Every time my passenger uses the sunvisor it smacks into my rear view mirror throwing it off. Do I have some mismatched parts or something? I have a hard time thinking these cars made it though production with an issue like that.

sounds like the mirror is sliding off the post??? Unscrew the screw in the headrest, slide it towards the door, and try re-screwing it in. You may need a new bushing kit or whatever they are called for it replacing the plastic insides of the sunvisor.

Re: Passenger side sunvisor hits rear view mirror?

If you have the really awesome mirror like i do with the lights on it, its has two swivels, one lets you ajust it while the other usually never moves, i had the same problem, also realized i could put my mirror up really high, becsuse it was sitting very low and too the side.
