I have an 85 iroc, and a wrecked 94 camaro, i know i can switch the seats, im wondering if the carpet is the same in the 3rd gen and 4th gen cars, also can i use the other interior plastic pieces, like the rear cargo area panels etc..

welcome to the boards. the dash and console and seats can be swapped. so can the doors panels but it takes a lot of work. dont think anything else will fit but who knows.it would be alot of fab work to get the cargo panels to fit

you can dye your carpet.

 

Carpet will not fit as far as I know. Someone on here did the plastic interior pieces I think, or maybe it was just a thought. Do a search and you can probably find him. I think he got most of them in, and it looked pretty good. I had a 91Z with interior from a 95 Bird in it. Dash, console, door panels, seats and all. Takes some fab work and patience, but worth it for the updated look. I personally liked it a lot. Dont know if I want to do it again though....

 

The carpet can work. You will have extra and can trim in a few areas. This will also get rid of that 80s m$llet smell stuck in these cars
