IROC-Z/Z28 steering wheel....

You know how those steering wheels get "mushy" when they get old? Is there any way to stabilize all that mushy glue stuff under the leather, without having them re-covered?

i tryed insta foam, was a not so great project, needed smaller aplication tip...like a 16 gauge needle would be perfect ... but there is no way to attach to a can o foam! i dont have any pics, but i got a scar where i way trying to cut the foam off my hand. but i learned something, er somebody did somewhere.
