Can anyone tell me what year/model this style of door panel comes from? I assume that if its from a camaro then it would also fit a firebird right?

not sure what year it is, but they are from Camaros... If you have the handle bezels, then it should fit the Firebird...good luck...

 

It's the door panels to an '88 Camaro with the standard interior trim package. Typically found in the Sport Coupe models.

Here, you can just make them out in this '88 SC vert . . .

 

I swapped these same door panels into my firebird. PM me if you want pics.

those are definitely from an 86 camaro with crank windows.....my stupid girlfriend threw my same identical ones in the trash last year......along with my new visors, new seals.....needless to say i`m not doing her much anymore, just her best friend ocasionally......she deserves death but doing her friend is sooooooo much better

 

Sorry. They're from an '88 SC.

The '86 base interior trim package door panels have horizontal lines and looked like this . . .

While the better trim package used fabric and had a smoother finish (no verticle ribs).

PS; Any '86 or '88 owners of stock rides care to join in?

 

Here are some pictures of those Camaro door panels fitted into my 1987 Firebird. Ignore the missing door handles as they are still wet with plastic paint.

 

well, all I can say is that the ones I had came directly out of an 86 RS...I pulled them out myself because I owned the car ....had three camaros at one time...still have one left

 

those panels should be pretty common from 86-92 in base models.
