whats wrong with my heater?

whats wrong with my heater?

for some reason whatever setting i put my HVAC on any setting, it only blows out of the dash panel it seems...i cant figure out why, im redoing my interior soon and i was going to take care of this too....any ideas?

Common problem. Defrost is the default when there's a vac leak. A search will provide a ton of info. That said, I'd start by putting my ear to the controls and listening for the leak. If you hear it, the problem is probably the vac control valve (GM part # 16032395):
