Just put new weatherstriping on and can now barely close my door

I just put all new soft seal weatherstripping on my doors and roof rail. When i put the new stripping on my doors and test colsed them i couldn't really get the door closed with out really shutting it hard or giving it a good bump. Then i put the roof rail stripping on and it's even worse. My window wont roll down from the inside because of all the pressure from the stripping pushing against it.

Is there a way to adjust the window to bring it out some so there isn't so much pressure against it?

Have you adjusted your door striker? How about hinge pins and bushings? If the door fit well before with the old crushed and worn out weatherstrip, then the new ones will fit tight.
