Need New Headliner

So my headliner was sagging (the material that is). When i had the t-tops off the fabric would flap all over, so i pulled the headliner out. BUT, when i pulled it out, it got destroyed, so recovering it and putting it back in is not an option. I need a new one. Where can i get one?????? and what should i look for and watch out for???????

any help is appreciated

Re: Need New Headliner

I think your best bet is to find a decent shape headliner in a junkyard and recover it yourself. They are not that difficult to recover, i did mine and it turned out great.

Re: Need New Headliner

I don't have any junkyards nearby, so that isn't an option. I was looking at the ABS one from Hawks, i too have heard mix reviews, iv been doing some research. I'll have to check out the ebay store. i have no overhead console, just the visors and dome light.

Also, just a side note. does anyone know where i can get louvers for my hatch. can't seem to find them anywhere.

Re: Need New Headliner

Anywhere else to get louvers? i didn't catch that one till after it was ended. Im looking for CHEAP ones. I can paint them, i just need them to not be broken. O, and i need all the hardware to install them. My car gets extremely hot inside without them. And my uncle has them on his '86 and i love the way they look.
