"Ebony" same as black?
New here. Just bought a '94 (cloned into a 2002 WS6) that has Ebony interior from a 2000-series bird. I have to paint rear hatch trim pieces that are currently tan to match. Are the plastic interior panels in an Ebony interior just black? Wondering if I can use SEM Landau Black interior dye and get a decent match.

Unless the coloring is way off in that picture, the interior shown appears to be dark gray, not ebony (black). And this board is for 82-92 Camaros and Firebirds... you should check out some other sites that cover 4th gen cars like LS1tech.com and CamaroZ28.com.

the factory color is ebony, which isnt quite black. if you put black 3rd gen stuff up to ebony, it looks dark grey, IMO.
the dash and door panels appear to be grey or graphite, while youre console is an ebony piece.....
