Where could i find a good pair of seatbelts i don't car if its aftermarket, new to my 91 camaro and can't find seatbelts that retract the upper and lower part of the seatbelt. Do i need both upper and lower to be retractable? any help would be great.

Look on Ebay....there are plenty of guys selling complete sets all the time. Thats where I picked up my non cracked receivers for my last Camaro. A local junkyard may be able to help you out too if you have one with third gens in it.
