Identify These Seats!

I went over to my grandma/grandpa's house today because my grandpa told me he had some 4th Gen Z28 Seats he had in bags in a shed. Said they were Silver and Blue, and that I could have them for free if I wanted them. He had got them at a parts swap and was going to put them in an old bronco he has, but decided against it.

I thought they were going to be so-so seats and in fair condition. Well, I was wrong, they look ALOT better than I pictured and I said hell yeah Ill take them. They should look alright with my car especially since I plan on painting the ground effects silver.

Well, without further ado, the free seats:

Thats the only defect right there. Just a small hole in the driver side bottom piece of the seat. Im going to patch it with a cheap patch kit you can buy. I couldnt pass these up for free..I really cant complain.

Now my question is, what year Z28 did these come out of? I plan on down the road getting that hole patched and at the same time getting the Z28 embroiderery taken out and leaving it as is or having 'Trans Am' or something to that effect being put on.

They look like 1982 Z28 Pace Car seats.

Yep, down the road from me is a 1982 Z-28 pace car. Exact same seats.

Take a look http://myfox9.carsoup.com/used/detai...=1&certified=0
