gauges cluster

Engine: LB9 / sbc of a station wagon
Transmission: 700R4 / t5.6
Axle/Gears: i have 2 now!!
gauges cluster

here is my problem. the 87 has a no gauge for RPM and its a 5spd. i would like to have an rpm gauge on my 87. i can get one from an 89 rs roller with auto tranny. will it work if i replace? thanks

both of them are v6. donor is auto. mine is 5spd.

As long as both have cable driven speedos, (I'm assuming you're switching the whole cluster) then it shouldn't be a problem. I don't know what year the Camaro's switched over though.

yes, im whitching the whole cluster. i found the technical artical talking about iroc cluster swap. good info and how to, but not the info im seaching for.
