Welcome to the boards, the questions you ask have been covered in full detail many times. If you do a search by using the search feature here, all your questions will be answered and in some cases with pics. I'm not trying to be mean but searching is always a good thing. I know there are a few members here who will still answer your question even though they have answered it a hundred times, instead of waiting for a response, the search button does wonders.

Take hold of each end of the plastic piece and slide the entire panel forward.
It will slide off the clips and release!

The official way is to pull the bottom of the door panel out to a 30*-45* angle. Then push the top plastic piece in towards the window opening. that should release the clips.

The reason I told you to search is because the project is harder than it seems. There are alot of posts here and some people seem to make the job easier than it is. You got some vauge directions with your replies, I have taken many door panels off and you just need pratice to get it right. If you live by any jy's go pratice on some junk ones and you will get it.
Good luck
