So my switch doesnt click between high and low beam and after looking at it, it seems that the plastic plate that covers the plastic hook that is connected to the rod that travels down the column flexes outward when I try to move the Hi/Lo selector. Is there some kind of screw that should be holding this plate down so it doesnt flex? I noticed there was a threaded hole on the column but there isnt a hole on the plate that lines up with it.
Anyone have any ideas?
