there's not a singe thread on this board with seat track measurements so I thought it needed one, and also because I need the measurements.

can anyone get them tonight? I just need front to back, and side to side.

and a picture of how the tracks are mounted to the seat if i'm lucky?

 

You have to remove the seat to measure the tracks. There should only be two types of tracks, one for the manual seats and one for the power adjustable seats.

The seat and tracks attach to the floor pan by four 10 mm nuts, one at each corner. To access the nuts, you have to remove the trim cover.

The tracks, regardless of type, are attached to the seat with four bolts (the power seats also have "Adjuster To Seat Spacer", which seems to look like a spacer). One bolt is at each end of the track.
