Dash lights barely work!!!!

Dash lights barely work!!!!
I am having trouble with my instrument panel lights. I have replaced all of the light bulbs and i can barely see the gauges at night. Also the left side of the tach and speedo are almost not visible at night. Does anyboby know what bulbs are supossed to be replacements? Is there anything i can do to remedy this???

Have you adjusted the dimmer on the headlight switch?If one side of the gauge/s is unlit.......faulty connection maybe.I think the # is 194.

Yeah those are the bulbs that i replaced them with and i have the dimmer turned up. I guess that i'll check the grounds tomorrow also.
