Need help identifying parts

Need help identifying parts
I have a 1984 Firebird and just put in a new carpet. However, I wasn't the one who took out the center console, so I'm a little confused as to the parts I will show you below. The first is an "S" bracket, GM part # 10018168, that I know came from the center console, but I have no idea where it goes.
The next one is behind the radio, and I was wondering if anything attaches to it or does it just support the back of the radio:
