Fresh Air Vents Install?

I was wondering if anyone knew what would be involved (if it's even possible) to install the fresh air vents from a non-A/C car into an A/C car?

I always loved the vents of the older cars - a bit of fresh air from under the dash. And I've removed my A/C on my 1992 Camaro - but haven't a clue hoe the fresh air vents work, where the fresh air comes from, if there's have to be major cutting in the firewall, or major dash reconfiguration, etc.

There's a set on eBay:
