looking for a pic of one of them installed my dash is so cracked i don't know if this thing would work

hate to say it, but maybe you could cut away all the parts that are sticking up at strange angles before you glue the cap down.
It depends how thick the dash cap is if the dash would continue to warp after that, pushing the cap out of place and making it look all bumpy

The dash cap is basically a veneer...a light weight cover that goes over your existing dash.This is more easily done with the windshield out of the car, but it can be done with it installed as well.

I have a cap like that on my mustang dash and its okay. Its thin though and cracked in one spot now after 3 years. The crack is very hard to see, but if you want it gone rite get a new dash pad. If u do go for a cap just take the dash off and glue it. Its not hard to pull your pad.
