I have some questions about dark red interiors seem to be a bit rare.

I'd love to build a '91-92 Z vert, dark red metallic

My question is, was the dark red interior available in '91-92 Thirdgens?

My last question is, what options were there for the dark red? Could you get full leather in dark red on a Camaro? What about that half leather, half cloth thing I see on the RS models? Or could you just get cloth?

I think for the 91/92 you could only get flame / bright red.

 

i know you can get 87 gtas with full red interior... that was the only year offered for that interior color

 

That "Maroon" color is showing up for 1992 seat cover replacements, and they are OE/OEM covers. Plus, if I remember right, there is a picture of a Camaro with a maroon interior in my '92 Camaro's owner manual.

 

my 1987 base model camaro has darker red interior. its called carmine red. cant get the fabric anymore but the panels are floating around occasionally but definately not a easy find.
