1st Gen Compatibility?
I'm thinking of swapping my torn cloth third gen seats for 1969 camaro vinyl seats. Someone near me is selling a set for 300$.
My question is
How easy would these seats go in, would they use the existing tracks?
Here is the ad of the seats http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/pts/1612422233.html

At the very least you have to swap seat tracks. If the 3rd gens tracks bolt onto the 1st gen seats your good to go.

Re: 1st Gen Compatibility?
For $300 your still going to end up with ripped seats... only they would be leather instead of cloth. For $300 you can find some really nice leather 4th gen front seats that will fit the look of the car better and have A LOT more support. Not to mention they will bolt right in.
