I am looking for two front seats drive and passenger. Color, condition of cover does not matter. Condition of seat foam does. I hope to find some good seat foam. I am restoring a 1991 Z28 rag top. Also need interior rearview mirror, and driver side tail light assembly. Mine is cracked. Ive exhausted every other outlet available to me to find these parts. So thank you for any help you can offer.

King, welcome to TGO. You'd probably have better luck posting in the classifieds on site.

I have my factory 1992 z28 cloth seats. Very good condition. I think one has a cigarette burn somewhere and another has a broken seatbelt holder thing...
let me know if interested, I can take pics for you. I am located in Long Island so it will have to be shipped depending on where you are or you can pick up if close enough.

Interested! I am located in Salt Lake City Utah. If the foam is not broken down the cloth cover is not critical to me. My email is mitymicroman@msn.com to discuss further details and pics. Thank you very much SomeGuy25thZ.

you would be better off checking a local craigslist or a junk yard. Remember, there are a TON of GM seats that will work in a camaro. It doesn't sound like you a too picky about style or color.
the ideal thing would be a set of 4th gen camaro seats, those would be the best looking seats that are still plentiful enough to find.

Thanks for the pics. Let me know what you want for them. It's going to cost about 110.00 to ship ups ground.

I saw seats online new for $460 or something like that plus shipping. Originally Posted by kingofdrummers

Let me know
Thanks Someguy for your effort. One of my local leads came through today, so I'll probably go that direction. Again thanks for the response and your time

I've got a spare mirror with the built in map light and tail lights as well... LMK if you are interested - I'm thinking about $120 shipped for all 3...
Thankyou very much Mr_Hudson. I will keep this in mind. Beautiful car by the way.

Depending on how bad your seat foam is, it's not that hard to rebuild. I finished a set a couple of months ago and added foam to the broken down cushions before re-covering the seats, the results were quite good. I bought a 2 1/2 yard roll of 1/2" high density foam from Jo Ann's for about $25 and a can of Permatex heavy duty spray adhesive and performed a "cut & paste" to the seat foam. I posted a thread in here about it a couple of months ago, here are a couple of pictures...
This is the driver seat as it was when I bought the car, the springs in the side bolster are poking through the foam and the fabric.

After I bent the springs back, I closed the tear in the foam and glued it together. Then I cut panels from my roll of high density foam and glued them to the seat cushions. This is almost all of that 2 1/2 yards.

It made the covers a little harder to slip on, I'm sure, but they feel so much better than they did before.
