Thats gonna be tough
I literally copied and pasted your heading into google and got some results so just look around. I know if your not picky about the actual fabric you can go to a craft shop or like a jo anne's fabric and get something that'd look similiar also if you change your mind about the fabric you can buy leather re upholestry kits from hawks and other places.
