4th gen dash swap... Only defrost vents? Help?

I recently swapped a 02 Camaro dash into my 92 Camaro. Cut the 4th gen duct box to match the 3rd gen heater box the best i could. I wired the hvac controls like others have. I hooked the vacuums up like i ve seen mentioned.

My fan works better than it did before, however. It actually has a low, med and high now, as opposed to a low , low and med. The rear defrost switch works fine also.

Problem is that regardless of the level that is selected, Air will come out the defrost vents and it seems as if there is none that will ever come out of the driver side, the center, or even the passenger vent. There it a small amount that sometimes comes out the floor vent.

Anybody get their swap to do what the levels are supposed to do? If so, how did you accomplish this?

I let the thing run so there was vacuum for the controller to operate properly. I was assuming that it would still work correctly with the ignition in the run position. Lessoned learned.
