wat is the difference between the 93-97 and 98-02 consoles ??

 

I think the 93-97 firebirds had 1 cup holder
93-97 camaros had 1 or 2 not sure
98-02 camaros and firebirds both had 4

 

oh ok i have a console from a 95 , and im putting it in my 87 t/a and i wasnt sure if it was the same thing (putting it in) as a 98-02

 

95 firebird or camaro?
I hear people have problems making the 93-97 camaro consoles fit.

My 95 firebird console bolted right in with no cutting or modding (i did make a small brack in the center on the bottom for suppert but thats it)

I also swapped the 95 firebird dash in as well so that may have affected the console going in so easy.
