Replaced headliner, visors and sailboards

I recently purchased some new soft interior parts for my iroc-z project. I live in Arizona, and sun damage and sagging headliner are in most old cars. I wanted to have a perfect color match for the ceiling and side panels.

I picked them up from classic industries.

I had to remove the clips from the back of the old sailboards and glue them to the new ones, being careful to relocate to the same place. I used gorilla glue to keep in place, took a good 3 hours to harden properly.

The headliner, virtually fell out of the car! I pulled the old material from it, and used a sander with 80 grit paper to remove all the old residue from the deteriorated cardboard. This was really important and the new wouldn't stick without it. To glue the headliner i used 3m Hi-Strength 90 spray adhesive, this really was the best after trying generic fabric glue, and 3m vinyl & rubber. I started in the middle of the board and moved out to the edges.
