Are all Firebird radio pods the same color?

I am looking for a near-mint Firebird radio pod for use in my Camaro with the 4th gen console. I keep finding gray-colored ones - Were they offered in a black at all?

Only 82-84s had black radio pods, but they're really hard to find in good condition. Just stick with Camaro radios since they were indentical but in black with white backlighting.

There were only ever offered in gray.

No, they have the one piece console/radio pod very much like the one in the Camaro.

I thought 82-84 bird had a 1 piece like the 82-92 camaros? All 85+ firebird (through GTA) radio pods are a dark "charcoalish" gray.

EDIT : ok, I think I confused "pod" and "deck"...my bad. I thought you were talking about the radios.

You're right, 85-92 were all grey.
